5 cl of Hériose Le Classique
1 cl of white sugar syrup
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
1 orange zest

Recette
- Pour ice cubes, Hériose Le Classique whisky, and white sugar syrup into an old-fashioned glass.
- Add 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters.
- Using a spoon, stir for 20 seconds.
- Rub the orange zest along the rim of your glass and place it on top as a garnish.

- Gently stir with a bar spoon to mix the ingredients and ensure a consistent temperature.

1 slice of ginger
1.5 cl of honey syrup
2.5 cl of lemon juice
1 lemon zest

Recette
- Muddle the fresh ginger slice at the bottom of the shaker using a muddler.
- Pour Hériose Le Petit Tourbé whisky, honey syrup, and lemon juice into your shaker.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Double strain the mixture into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with the lemon zest

3 cl of lemon juice
1.5 cl of white sugar syrup
1 egg white or 3 cl of aquafaba

- Pour the lemon juice into a shaker filled with ice cubes.
- Add Hériose Le Classique whisky, white sugar syrup, and the egg white (or aquafaba).
- Shake well, then strain the contents of the shaker into a chilled old-fashioned or martini glass.

1 cl of hazelnut syrup
1 orange zest
1 tea flower
Recette
- Pour Hériose Le Classique whisky, hazelnut syrup, and Scottish tea into a mixing glass with ice cubes.
- Stir the mixture with a spoon.
- Strain it into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice cubes.
- Express the orange zest over the glass and place it on top.
- Add the tea flower on top of the zest for garnish.
